A native of Brevard County, Scott is deeply rooted in the community, hailing from a family with a long legacy in the development of Melbourne dating back to the 1950s. For over two decades, he has been an active participant in the real estate market, undertaking ventures in development, renovation, and property sales.
Scott partnered with Larry Jarnes to establish Relentless Real Estate Company, which includes Residential, Commercial, and Investment real estate transactions. Relentless, a brand itself, has evolved into different dynamic ventures, with the real estate office serving as just one facet of its multifaceted offerings.

Irene Fonzi, P.A.
Owned and operated in partnership with attorney Irene Fonzi, P.A. specializing in real estate and business law, Relentless Title & Law effectively resolves any real estate issues for a seamless title closing.
Irene received her B.A. from the University of Florida in 1979, her JD from the University of Miami School of Law in 1985, and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University in 1994. She is a member of the Florida Bar and a Florida Supreme Court Mediator. She has worked as Corporate Counsel for Ryder System Inc. and Sunbeam Corporation. Irene has also worked as an associate at Buchanan Ingersoll and Ruden McClosky. In 2000, she accepted a General Counsel position with the Nasdaq-traded beverage company Saratoga Spring Water, Inc.
In 2002, Irene relocated to Satellite Beach, Florida and opened her law practice, Irene Fonzi, P.A. d/b/a Relentless Title Company. Then after serving as counsel to Northboro Builders, Inc. for more than 10 years, Irene accepted the position of General Counsel for Northboro Builders, Inc. in December 2020.
